After the phenomenal success of our workout challenges in 2021 the Kick Start challenge will offer something completely different, with weekly yoga and barre workouts offered as add-ons - designed by trainers Jen and Emily.
Kick Start Challenge: All you Need to Know

Starting on the 10th January, our 2022 challenge will be fun, versatile and will help you to take control of your new year fitness goals!

What is the 2022 Kick Start Challenge?

A 21 day challenge which starts 10th January 2022, the Kick Start Challenge takes a similar format to our previous challenges. With 4 x 30-minute, high intensity workouts a week, plus an optional barre and yoga workout a week and a benchmark workout to top and tail the challenge, the 2022 Kick Start Challenge is exactly what you need to beat the January blues!

Melissa, Danyele and Krissy have carefully considered all the feedback we’ve received from our 2021 challenges, so this challenge is set to be the best yet! You will have the option to choose a challenge created by your trainer of choice. Enrolment begins December 20th and all you need to do is register in-app. Then on the 10th January, your planner will be populated with all the challenge workouts. You will have the choice to pause your current workout guide or complete the challenge alongside your guide too. We want it to be as accessible as possible for our entire familia!

Why Kick Start 2022?

Let’s be honest, 2021 has yet again been a bit up and down. With the world being in lockdown at different times, gyms opening and closing, so many of us have had to work that little bit harder to keep up with our physical and mental wellbeing. Now, with light at the end of the tunnel and the world opening up again, we want Kick Start 2022 to truly unite our community and push us all out of our comfort zones to form strong, consistent and sustainable healthy habits for life!

It’s important to keep your workouts interesting and with true consistency and habitual training, a challenge can help fire you up, mentally and physically to keep being an even better version of yourself. At Tone & Sculpt we want our familia, our athletes, to know nothing is beyond limits. This is the ethos and foundation of the Kick Start Challenge 2022.

With three options to choose from and three different levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced) there is no excuse to miss out on the Kick Start Challenge 2022. We’ve added Emily’s barre workouts and Jen’s yoga flows to provide balance and a holistic approach to health and fitness, so you can go into the new year feeling your best. Plus, we all know motivation is a myth and consistency is key - and your trainers fully understand the need for fun to keep the consistency going. With a high level of creativity and variation, there isn’t a chance you’ll miss (or want to miss) a Kick Start Challenge workout.

What will the Challenge Look Like?

  • Week one: level up
  • Week two: focus
  • Week three: finish line

You will have 2 benchmark workouts in weeks one and three; 4 weekly workouts with an optional weekly barre or yoga workout, and a star to collect for every workout too! We know how much our familia love their stars so this time, we want to reward you with one after every challenge workout!
