My story

Whilst studying for her degree in law, Krissy trained at the gym to stay focused, motivated and build healthy habits for a strong body and mind.

Starting her Instagram page, Krissy wanted to keep herself accountable and find likeminded women, determined to improve their fitness and lifestyles day by day.

Little did she know this would grow to a community of over 2 million people!
